Life and Wellness Coach C.J. "Connie" Good is the author of the inspirational book, "Little Gifts of Sustainable Contentment." The book provides deep and insightful advice about how seekers can have lasting contentment, with helpful chapters on emotional, financial, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational and physical contentment.
Her journey wasn't easy. Despite Good's career success, she was a self-described "excessive overeater" and "over indulger." When she finally got a reprieve from the cravings, she began to get so many questions from people with similar life challenges that she decided to share her private affirmations in "Little Gifts of Sustainable Contentment."
She helps people discover what obstacles, and barriers are standing in the way of their happiness. Her mission is to help others transform their awareness, career, relationships, health and personal understanding.
